Qualifications

• Customer-focused individual with strong selling and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, motivated, ethical and adaptable to customers, suppliers and coworkers.
• Experience handling parts orders, customer inquiries and case management.
• Ability to operate a computer, drive a vehicle, and use a forklift/overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Promote CEC products and services at customer jobsites.
• Order parts for customer jobsites and expedite backorders.
• Assist customers in identifying parts and selecting correct items.
• Maintain relationships with customers and develop market in Central and North Georgia.
• Complete call reports and monitor competitive positions.
• Coordinate with Product Support Manager on service programs for customers.
