Responsibilities

• Reports to Parts and Service Mgr for all job responsibilities.
• Promote all CEC products and services.
• Handle parts ordering at customer sites and expedite backorders.
• Assist customers in identifying their parts needs and obtaining correct parts.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and market share in Central and North Georgia region.
• Maintain accurate call reports and update customer information.
