Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement Service Department policies as directed by VP of Product Support.
• Review financial reports monthly with VP to control costs and improve profitability.
• Distribute and dispatch field technicians to jobs; oversee shop work and scheduling.
• Provide leadership to achieve profitability and high-quality service standards.
• Monitor job status and keep Sales and Management informed of progress.
• Lead service meetings and training to align team with company goals.
• Assist in determining repair methodologies and job flows for efficiency.
• Develop service efficiency reports and ensure safety compliance.
