Job summary

Southeastern Equipment in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to grow parts and service sales with OEM and aftermarket offerings. The role travels within the territory to engage customers, promote services, and build lasting partnerships across 88 product lines.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in sales or service, strong technical know-how, and solid communication skills; a high school diploma is required with technical education preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical school or college degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, service, or parts.
• Technical knowledge and mechanical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to promote Southeast's services and offerings.
• Visit client locations and job sites to build relationships.
• Follow up on sales calls, address customer concerns, and promote aftermarket sales.
• Provide technical expertise to enhance the customer experience.
• Generate new business for parts and service and follow the SEC sales process.
• Lead generation and handoff for machine sales.
• Identify and pursue high-value target customers.
• Stay informed on new products and promotions and educate customers accordingly.
• Participate in product presentations at customer clinics, open houses, factory-sponsored training events, and dealership meetings.
