Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to drive revenue through parts and service sales with an assigned customer list in the Byron, MN market. You will build and maintain relationships with end users while selling parts and service, with some travel required.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience in heavy construction.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of organization.
• Ability to climb on/off heavy equipment and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Increase sales activity and drive growth in parts and service with assigned customers.
• Develop a call tracking plan to communicate with customers consistently.
• Identify and secure additional aftermarket sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure excellent service.
• Other responsibilities as defined by management.
