Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and vendors.
• Ability to perform basic algebra and geometry calculations.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Display or demonstrate products and quote prices and terms.
• Enter new customer data and sales information into the computer database.
• Coordinate customer training and assist with sales contracts.
