BrightView, LLC is seeking a Field Outreach Coordinator to drive census growth by generating referrals and expanding brand awareness. This external-facing role requires building relationships with healthcare and community partners, executing daily outreach, and tracking activity to meet targets.

The incumbent will visit partners, manage a defined territory, and use CRM tools to report progress while aligning efforts with BrightView’s patient-first mission.

Qualifikationen

• Required: Demonstrated persistence and goal achievement in sales, outreach, or performance-driven roles.
• Preferred: Sales, account management, or customer-facing experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice settings.
• Preferred: Knowledge of addiction medicine or behavioral health industry.

Aufgaben

• RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS: Establish and grow relationships with referral partners across healthcare, criminal justice, and community organizations.
• PROSPECTING, TERRITORY SATURATION AND SALES EXECUTION: Execute daily outreach activities to achieve referral and census goals and manage territory.
• COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION: Represent BrightView at events and educate stakeholders on services and patient pathways.
• STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MISSION ALIGNMENT: Align outreach with BrightView’s mission and share field insights for planning.
