Job summary

BrightView in Henderson, KY is seeking a results-driven Outreach Coordinator to drive census growth through field outreach, referral development, and community engagement across Henderson and Madisonville.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with healthcare, criminal justice, and community partners, daily prospecting, CRM tracking, and a mission-driven approach to connect patients with BrightView’s services.

Qualifications

• Required persistence and goal achievement in sales, outreach, or performance-driven roles.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Preference for sales/account management experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice settings.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and grow relationships with referral partners across healthcare, criminal justice, and community organizations.
• Conduct regular partner visits and check-ins to strengthen relationships and increase referral volume.
• Serve as a reliable resource for referral partners, ensuring smooth access to treatment for patients.
• Consistently execute daily outreach activities to achieve referral and census goals.
• Map and manage a defined territory, prioritizing high-value accounts and tracking touchpoints.
• Apply sales techniques including objection handling, pipeline management, and account growth strategies.
• Track activities and results through CRM, producing accurate reporting on outreach effectiveness.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly outreach metrics related to referral generation and admissions.
