Job summary

BrightView LLC is seeking a proactive Outreach Coordinator to drive census growth by generating referrals and expanding partnerships across Harrisonburg, Winchester, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on field outreach, relationship-building, and executing a structured sales approach to community engagement.

The position requires persistence, strong communication, and ability to meet outreach targets while aligning with BrightView’s patient-first mission and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outreach, or performance-driven roles.
• Preferred: healthcare, behavioral health, or criminal justice settings.
• Knowledge of addiction medicine or behavioral health industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with referral partners across healthcare, criminal justice, and community orgs.
• Prospect, visit, and follow up to grow referrals and census.
• Map territory, prioritize accounts, and track outreach activity.
• Represent BrightView at community events and educate stakeholders on services.
