Gather Health is hiring an Outreach Partner to develop relationships with communities and educate prospective patients about our Social Primary Care model. You will drive patient enrollment through events, partnerships, and direct outreach, balancing field work with center-based activities.

The role emphasizes pay-for-performance with commissions, requires travel within the local area, and leverages Salesforce for CRM tracking.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year’s experience in sales, account management, customer service, or community outreach.
• Ability to travel locally to events with access to a vehicle.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to work for any employer in the United States.
