IES is seeking a Superintendent to manage medium-to-large projects across safety, quality, and financial performance. You will hire and develop project staff, coordinate with customers, and ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and reporting, with travel within branch/regional territory as needed. Join IES to lead teams, oversee materials and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvements while upholding company policies and safety

Formación

• Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Lead Communications Technician or similar.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, manage and supervise project staff; provide guidance and mentoring.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives.
• Plan, monitor and maintain project profitability and deadlines.
• Manage workload distribution, staffing, and progress of installation.
• Review job cost postings and invoicing; ensure accurate reporting.
• Complete all project paperwork accurately and on time; finalize Job Closing Packages.
