• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• English required.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong recruiting instincts: source, screen, convert candidates.
• Ability to run large group onboarding sessions and present to workers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Worker Relationship Management: Build relationships with workers from recruiting through placement and provide updates and support.
• Community & Partner Relationships: Develop relationships with workforce centers and local partners to drive worker pipeline and brand presence.
• Worker Vetting & Onboarding: Oversee vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end, including large group onboarding sessions.
• Worker Funnel Management: Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conversion of applicants into placement-ready workers.
• New Start Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and start schedules across customer sites.
• PPE & On-Site Support: Distribute PPE and provide on-site presence to support starts and peak coverage.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide proactive feedback loops with HQ and flag market trends.
