Job summary

RxSight, a ophthalmic medical technology company, seeks a Clinical Specialist to deliver high-level clinical support across the North Central United States. The CS will train physicians and staff on RxSight technology, participate in audits, and support LAL adoption with Account Managers.

This field-based role requires travel to Detroit or Grand Rapids, MI, and ongoing clinical education to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive ophthalmic clinical experience.
• Experience in cataract-related procedures and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Train physicians and staff on RxSight technology and best practices.
• Travel up to ~75% to support customers and sites.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive LAL adoption and growth.
• Onboard and train sites to ensure operational competence per SOPs.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, post‑operative follow‑ups, and education.
