Job summary

RxSight, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver high-level clinical support at assigned accounts across the North Central U.S. The role involves hands-on procedure support, staff training, and outcomes optimization to promote LAL adoption.

The CS reports to the Area Clinical Director and collaborates with Account Managers to ensure seamless clinical execution and patient care. Based in Detroit or Grand Rapids, MI, this field-based role requires travel up to 75% and collaboration to

Qualifications

Significant ophthalmic clinical experience, including planning cataract surgery and related procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to travel up to ~75% of the time.
Experience with CRM tools and surgeon usage tracking.
6+ years of clinical experience in the ophthalmic industry.

Responsibilities

Train physicians and staff on RxSight technology and best practices.
Partner with Account Managers to drive LAL same-store growth and adoption strategies.
Collaborate on developing clinical adoption plans for customer sites.
Ensure site readiness and proper onboarding for RxSight technology.
Conduct periodic audits of the Clinical Training program.
Provide clinical support for patient selection, implantation, and postoperative evaluation.
Monitor clinical performance trends and provide actionable insights.
Maintain CRM and training readiness across customer sites.
