Job summary

RxSight seeks a Clinical Specialist to deliver hands-on clinical support across assigned accounts in the North Central region, based in Detroit or Grand Rapids, MI. Regular local travel is required to assist customers and team members throughout the region.

The CS partners with Account Managers to drive LAL adoption, train staff, and ensure SOP-compliant clinical execution, patient education, and data-driven outcomes optimization.

Qualifications

• BSc Optometry or higher with clinical ophthalmic training.
• Experience with cataract surgery planning and patient flow.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Train physicians and staff on RxSight technology and best practices.
• Execute clinical priorities across accounts with the ACD guidance.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on LAL growth and adoption strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and site readiness for onboarding.
• Provide post-operative evaluation support and patient education.
