Job summary

Rivian Automotive in Seattle, WA, is seeking a hands-on Field Operations team member to manage finished vehicle inventory at the Vehicle Distribution Center. You will coordinate yard movement, ensure vehicle readiness, and support service centers to minimize order-to-delivery times.

Role involves OTA updates awareness, data export tasks, and collaboration with truckaway drivers and service technicians. Flexible outdoor work is required in all weather, with a starting pay of $25 per hour and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of finished vehicle inventory management experience; 1–2 years preferred.
• Familiarity with OBL YMS and data export functions; basic Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Yard & Inventory Management: move vehicles safely and keep lot organized per standards.
• Vehicle Readiness: inspect and process incoming inventory; ensure delivery readiness; assist OTA updates.
• Logistics & Shuttling: may shuttle vehicles to service centers or charging stations as needed.
• Training & Career Development: participate in RLN modules; mentorship; diagnose software/ECU issues to optimize inventory throughput.
• Team Collaboration: support cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.
