Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Associate in California to manage inbound/outbound material handling, inventory, and repackaging. You will promote a safe, organized workspace and suggest improvements. Shift runs 8:00am to 4:30pm PT with potential overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in warehouse picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Stand-up forklift experience and ability to operate up to 7 hours per day.
• Lean practices knowledge (5S, Identify Waste, Process Improvements).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Repackage materials to meet distribution requirements.
• Operate forklift, stock chaser, and other equipment.
• Identify inventory concerns based on quantity or quality discrepancies.
• Provide input on safety, quality, and throughput improvements.
• Understand and apply standard work.
• Maintain proper use of equipment.
• Support material handling requests from leadership and team.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
