Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, configuration and testing of MACD on telecom gear.
• Work on customer sites to install and maintain internet and data services.
• Provide elite customer service and de-escalate concerns.
• Travel to customer locations with a company vehicle and complete on-site tasks.
