Job summary

Geronimo Power is seeking a Field Services Associate to join the Operations team. The role provides enterprise-wide coordination and administrative support for field programs, systems, reporting, contractor management, compliance tracking, and fleet-wide initiatives across multiple operating sites.

Reporting to the Field Services Manager, you will support Fiix, Gensuite, Envoy, LMS, and other platforms, maintain data quality, assist with onboarding, and help coordinate major work efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting renewable energy, power generation, or industrial operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and adoption of Operations systems and platforms.
• Maintain system records, user access, workflows, and data standards.
• Support maintenance programs, work orders, inspections, and fleet-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting across sites and functions.
• Assist with KPI dashboards, Power BI reports, and recurring Operations reporting.
