Job summary

Geronimo Power is seeking a Field Services Associate to join the Operations team in Bloomington, MN. This role provides enterprise-wide coordination and administrative support for field programs, systems, reporting, contractor management, and compliance.

You will work with Fiix, Gensuite, Envoy and learning platforms, maintain data, assist with onboarding, and coordinate major work across multiple sites, partnering with Field Operations, EHS, Engineering, and Procurement to improve data

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree, technical school certificate, or two or more years of related experience.
• Experience supporting renewable energy, power generation, industrial operations, maintenance, EHS, project management, or a related function preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, reporting tools, and business management systems; experience with Power BI or comparable reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, adoption, and continuous improvement of Operations systems, including Fiix, Gensuite, Envoy, learning management systems, and future business platforms.
• Maintain system records, user access, workflows, templates, asset information, and data standards.
• Support preventive maintenance programs, work orders, inspection requirements, corrective actions, and fleet-wide initiatives.
• Monitor system and data quality, identify gaps, and coordinate resolution with field teams and system owners.
• Compile, validate, and maintain Operations, EHS, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), contractor, and maintenance performance data.
• Support KPI dashboards, scorecards, Power BI reports, and recurring Operations reporting.
