Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to provide outstanding operational and administrative support for Field Operations tools, product sampling, and vehicle reimbursement.

You will coordinate with field teams and managers as the front-line contact for CRM-related questions and issues. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and legal to keep sampling policies aligned, support CRM implementations, and develop summary reports on sales help desk activities to drive

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and Field Operations experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry.
• Experience with sales teams, relational databases, data warehouse systems, and familiarity with third party biopharma data vendors ( IMS, Symphony, Fingertip).
• Experience with CRM systems such as Sales Force and Veeva; familiarity with analytical tools and BI/reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manages sampling in Veeva and with external vendors to enable field teams to hand sample products and execute D2HCP.
• Partners with Commercial Effectiveness to provide sample training to field teams.
• Provides leadership with reports to track close outs or non-compliance for sampling.
• Addresses inquiries from field personnel related to CRM.
