Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and Field Operations experience in pharma/biotech or related industry.
• Master’s degree and some related experience helps.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing with market drivers and trends.
• Proficient with Excel (and VBA), PowerPoint, Access; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and Veeva.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding operational and administrative support to Field Operations tools and product sampling.
• Route inquiries to appropriate parties and ensure completion.
• Provide sales leadership with communication/reports to track sampling close-outs and non-compliance.
