Job summary

MVM, Inc. is seeking a Field Site Supervisor to oversee field staff and administrative operations across multiple sites in Texas and Arizona.

The role emphasizes compliance with contracts, quality control, and safety while managing schedules and field activities. The ideal candidate will supervise field specialists, coordinate with Site Managers, and travel regularly within the United States to audit trips, support wellness events, and ensure program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a related field; higher experience for substitutions.
• Must be available 24/7/365 and willing to travel frequently within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned employees within a designated region and/or field offices.
• Ensure compliance with contract and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve quality control plans and training programs.
• Provide coaching and corrective action as needed to Site Manager.
• Maintain staffing schedules and ensure timely communication of changes.
• Prepare reports for Executive Management and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and ensure documentation in the company database is accurate.
