Job summary

1st St NW Technical Staffing partners with an established firm to fill a Field Site Supervisor role. This direct-hire position requires leading multi-site field operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring on-site safety and quality during fabrication, assembly, and deliveries.

Travel will be extensive (about 90%), with per diem, company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, and a strong focus on coordinating with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations management across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% within the U.S.
• Background in structural, mechanical and/or industrial trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site field operations with general contractors, inspectors, and unions.
• Plan and manage on-site staffing, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee fabrication and assembly processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage on-site deliveries such as crane equipment.
