Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a supervising manager to oversee operations across multiple sites. You will partner with service providers to uphold City Wide cleaning standards and supervise in-house staff and independent contractors.

The role requires delivering training, safety program execution, and regular reporting on nightly inspections and opportunities for improvement. Travel is required to cover multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of prior management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email/Internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at multiple locations and supervise staff and ICs.
• Ensure cleaning standards meet City Wide requirements and communicate policies.
• Train staff on safety and cleaning techniques; coordinate with independent contractors.
• Maintain inspections, reports, and timekeeping; travel to locations as needed.
