Job summary

Exodigo, the leading underground mapping solution, is seeking a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple field leads and crews across large-scale sites. You will drive safe, efficient field operations while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires coordinating work plans, managing budgets and subcontractors, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Frequent regional travel with overnight stays is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations with leadership experience on multiple sites.
• OSHA 30 certification required or ability to obtain quickly.
• Proven track record leading field teams and coordinating resources.
• Strong safety, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop and oversee daily/weekly work plans to maximize productivity and milestones.
• Champion safety culture and ensure OSHA/compliance adherence.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and material resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain schedules.
• Ensure operations align with Exodigo methodologies and tech platforms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Report updates and resources needs to Regional Manager and stakeholders.
• Track KPIs like schedule adherence, budget, safety metrics, and quality.
