Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandising experience (CPG a plus).
• 1–2 years leading or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Build your team by recruiting, training and developing merchandisers.
• Set your team up to win by tracking scorecards and coaching to client standards.
• Get out in stores to run in-store training and development days with client reps.
• Assign merchandisers to stores and manage schedules for direct reports.
• Handle recaps, audits, itineraries, timekeeping and expense reports on time.
