Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandising experience (CPG a plus).
• 1 to 2 years leading or supervising a team.
• A knack for hiring, training, and developing people.
• Confidence presenting to store management and contributing in meetings with business partners.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and with business leaders.
• Home office setup and ability to travel at least 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build your team. Recruit, train, and keep great merchandisers, then help them grow in their careers.
• Set your team up to win. Track your team's scorecard and coach them to meet client standards.
• Get out in the stores. Team up with client representatives to run in-store training and development days.
• Keep things moving. Assign merchandisers to stores and manage schedules for your direct reports.
• Stay on top of the details. Handle recaps, audits, itineraries, timekeeping, and expense reports on time and accurately.
• Be the connector. Build strong relationships with store management, client partners, and our Talent Acquisition team.
