Qualifications

• 2–4 years of merchandising experience
• 1–2 years leading or supervising a team
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train merchandisers and manage score cards to meet standards.
• Coach team to meet client standards and drive performance.
• In-store training with client representatives and development days.
• Complete timely recaps, itineraries, timekeeping, expenses and reports.
