Advantage-Solutions is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of retail merchandisers in high-traffic stores, partner with store managers, and drive in-store training and development. You’ll oversee scheduling, performance metrics, and client standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of merchandising experience and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with strong relationship-building and presentation skills. Occasional travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandising experience (CPG a plus).
• 1 to 2 years leading or supervising a team.
• A knack for hiring, training, and developing people.
• Confidence presenting to store management and contributing in meetings with business partners.
• The ability to build relationships across teams and with business leaders.
• A home office setup and the ability to travel at least 40% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Build your team by recruiting, training, and developing merchandisers.
• Set your team up to win by tracking scorecards and coaching to client standards.
• Get out in stores with client representatives for in-store training and development days.
• Assign merchandisers to stores and manage schedules for direct reports.
• Handle recaps, audits, itineraries, timesheets and expense reports on time and accurately.
• Be the connector by building strong relationships with store management, client partners and Talent Acquisition.
