The role requires 2+ years in merchandising and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with travel up to 40% and a home office setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandising experience (CPG a plus).
• 1 to 2 years leading or supervising a team.
• A knack for hiring, training, and developing people.
• Confidence presenting to store management and contributing in meetings with business partners.
• The ability to build relationships across teams and with business leaders.
• A home office setup and the ability to travel at least 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build your team by recruiting, training, and developing merchandisers.
• Set your team up to win by tracking scorecards and coaching to client standards.
• Get out in the stores with client representatives for in-store training days.
• Keep things moving by assigning merchandisers to stores and managing schedules.
• Stay on top of details with recaps, audits, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
• Be the connector by building relationships with store management, clients, and Talent Acquisition.
