Job summary

GreenDrop is expanding its team and seeking a Site Attendant to deliver exceptional service to donors at our Baltimore locations. You will greet donors, assist with donations, and help unload items while keeping the site clean and organized.

This hourly role requires independence, strong people skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Expect a purpose-driven environment with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with donors.
• Punctual, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors in a friendly manner and assist with donations.
• Unload donations from donor vehicles and organize in stock room.
• Record donor information on the company iPad and maintain site cleanliness.
• Ensure on-site presence during working hours and follow company core values.
