Job summary

Savers, Inc. through GreenDrop is seeking an Associate Manager in Connecticut. The role oversees field operations, leads teams, and coaches staff across multiple sites to deliver exceptional donor service and safety.

You will contribute to onboarding and maintaining high standards while supporting a large field footprint. The position requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel regularly to 20–30 locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10+ team members.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the Associate Manager in Training role and other team members on company policies.
• Actively engage in the field with oversight to 20–30 sites regularly.
• Manage direct report functions including hiring, coaching, and counseling; onboarding activities.
• Support Area Manager by reviewing applications and interviewing candidates.
• Travel between sites to supervise operations and ensure safety and quality.
