Job summary

GreenDrop and Savers are seeking an Associate Manager to lead field teams across multiple sites. You will coach staff, drive donor service excellence, and ensure policy compliance while coordinating onboarding with the Area Manager.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to oversee 20–30 locations. Travel to sites is expected, with a focus on delivering premium donor experiences.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10+ team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates across 20–30 sites regularly.
• Hire, coach, counsel and manage team performance as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and interviews with Area Manager.
• Manage supplies, assets and maintenance at each site.
• Ensure timely donor pickups and safe donor interactions.
