• Visit clients weekly to address issues and build partnerships.
• Communicate daily with drivers, dispatch, customers, and Sr. Management.
• Identify improvements and develop/execute improvement plans.
• Observe and coach drivers on needed improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise local drivers.
