Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a professional Truck Driver in Columbus, OH to operate tractor-trailers and transport freight safely and efficiently. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain regulatory records, and comply with FMCSA rules.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading as needed and providing courteous service to customers while meeting tight schedules. The role requires strong driving skills, adherence to safety standards, and flexibility to work varying

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center and/or work assignment.
• Must pass a FMCSA required medical exam and a road test.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer to transport freight in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe conditions.
• Maintain records as required by local, state and federal regulations.
• Provide loading/unloading assistance at dock as needed and deliver courteous service to customers.
