Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations and support a team of CDL Service Technicians in Groveport, OH. You will coordinate routes, monitor safety, and ensure top-tier customer service under the guidance of the Branch Operations Manager.

The role requires strong supervisory experience in transportation/logistics, knowledge of DOT regulations, and a proven ability to manage schedules, equipment, and driver training while

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking operations.
• Strong supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Excellent communication with drivers, customers, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily driver routes and service schedules.
• Support drivers in the field and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Perform route observations and vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Manager on performance and goals.
• Monitor expenses, service delivery, and revenue goals.
• Maintain professional image at customer sites.
• Coordinate with fleet maintenance teams and vendors.
