Job summary

The position requires at least 2 years in a warehouse/supply chain setting, with knowledge of LTL, DOT rules, and willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends. A bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years related work experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Distribution or Logistics, or 4 years of related work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations.
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures to meet the department’s evolving demands.
• Evaluate, manage, assign and supervise workloads and tasks.
• Supervise hourly staff across operations and be primary contact for workplace concerns.
