Job summary

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage daily delivery operations, plan manpower, and assign drivers and vehicles to move freight efficiently.

You will coordinate drivers per customer requests, ensure DOT compliance, and uphold quality and productivity standards to meet schedules. The role includes coaching the warehouse team and handling additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• The Operations Supervisor manages daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling manpower, assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight
• You will coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determines driver's needs, notifying them of assignments entering them into the database while in compliance with DOT regulations
• This role ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules and maximizing operational efficiency
• Additionally, you’ll coaches and supervises the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures
• Other duties as assigned
