Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Operations Assistant in Fridley, MN to support daily operational tasks, data management, and interdepartmental collaboration. You will help process orders, prepare reports, and ensure timely service delivery.

Strong communication skills and detail orientation are required. A high school diploma with 2–4 years related experience is expected, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO and education reimbursement.

• The Transportation Operations Assistant is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational tasks and enhancing overall efficiency and safety within the organization.
• Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports
• Transportation Operations Assistants are responsible for interacting with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with multiple teams
• Other duties as assigned
