Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Lexington, SC seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage daily delivery operations and plan manpower, assigning drivers and vehicles to convey freight. You will coordinate drivers per customer requests and ensure DOT compliance.

The role emphasizes achieving quality and productivity in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules, and coaching the warehouse team to follow procedures. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with related leadership experience.

• Coordinate drivers according to customer requests and determines driver's needs, notifying them of assignments entering them into the database while in compliance with DOT regulations.
• This role ensures quality standards and productivity standards are achieved in the warehouse, meeting customer schedules and maximizing operational efficiency.
• Additionally, you’ll coach and supervise the warehouse team ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
