Job summary

Openlane is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to lead vehicle assessments and coordinate with dealerships. You will document inspections covering engine, transmission, interior, and exterior, and submit reports through Openlane's mobile app.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and customer-focused communication as you liaise with the sales, operations teams, and buying dealers. A minimum of 5 years automotive experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years automotive experience with vehicle inspection background.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating with dealerships and internal teams.
• Proficient with mobile inspection apps and digital reporting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections, documenting engine, transmission, interior, and exterior inspections using OPENLANE's mobile application.
• Coordinate with dealerships and ensure adherence to OPENLANE standards and guidelines for vehicle inspections.
• Submit accurate and detailed inspection reports through the designated platform.
• Assist in marketing efforts by distributing flyers and promotional materials to buying dealers.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and dealerships.
