Job summary

OPENLANE is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. You will conduct vehicle inspections, document damages and conditions, and help ensure smooth workflows with dealerships. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication across sales and operations.

You will also manage reporting through OPENLANE's mobile app, support marketing efforts with materials, and uphold OPENLANE's standards throughout the inspection process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle inspector or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating with dealerships and internal teams.
• Proficient with digital submission of inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections of engine, transmission, interior and exterior.
• Coordinate with dealerships and ensure adherence to OPENLANE standards.
• Submit accurate inspection reports through the platform.
• Distribute marketing flyers and materials to buying dealers.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and dealerships.
