Job summary

Domino's Corporate is seeking a field operations professional to conduct in-depth assessments across US stores, measure performance, and drive improvements. You will train teams, ensure DPZ standards compliance, and support rollout of new initiatives with Franchisees and marketplace leaders.

The role requires multi-unit management experience, strong coaching skills, and substantial travel (75–85%), including weekends. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year General Management experience at Domino’s Pizza store, 2 years preferred.
• Experience as a multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer preferred.
• Role model operator with history of exceptional evaluation scores.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Proficient in leveraging technology and innovation in stores to drive operational performance.
• Ability to travel 75-85%, including overnight travel.
• Willingness to work 3-4 weekends per month.
• Recommendation from Franchisee, Director of Corporate operations or equivalent.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Operations Assessments in all US stores.
• Measure operational performance by evaluating Product, Service, Image, Food Safety, Team Member Safety and Technology/Innovation.
• Provide hands-on training during the assessment with a positive attitude.
• Evaluate all systems in stores to ensure compliance against DPZ Standards and procedures.
• Evaluate all stores in assigned area multiple times per year to meet team objective.
• Assist team to meet visit goal which may include travel outside of your assigned area.
• Facilitate educational programs on operations evaluation and improvement.
• Partner with FBC’s/Franchisees/MCOs and Marketplace Trainers to develop training.
• Educate marketplace on current and revised standards in a proactive manner.
• Perform calibration visits with marketplace leaders.
