Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an Operations Assessment Specialist to conduct comprehensive reviews of our US stores. You will measure performance across product, service, image, food safety, and technology while delivering hands-on training to teams.

The role emphasizes travel (75-85%), alignment with DPZ standards, and collaboration with franchisees and marketplace leaders to share best practices and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year General Management experience at Domino’s Pizza store.
• Experience as a multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer preferred.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operations assessments in US stores and evaluate product, service, image, food safety, team member safety and technology/innovation.
• Provide hands-on training during the assessment with a positive attitude.
• Evaluate all systems in stores to ensure compliance against DPZ standards and procedures.
• Evaluate all stores in assigned area multiple times per year to meet team objective.
• Assist team to meet visit goal which may include travel outside of your assigned area.
