Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a capable team member to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of store objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and sanitation.

You will supervise staff, ensure brand standards, assist with opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling, and participate in product management and deliveries. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in interactions with management and customers.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and flexible to changing priorities.
• Ability to lead the team on duty and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Maintain brand standards for food preparation, portioning and presentation.
• Assist with opening, closing and daily prep tasks.
• Work hands-on to prepare food, serve customers and coordinate deliveries.
• Support store objectives in sales, service, quality and cleanliness through training and leadership.
