Job summary

Domino’s Store Operations is seeking a dedicated professional to conduct comprehensive operations assessments across US stores in the Baltimore region. The role emphasizes evaluating Product, Service, Image, Food Safety, and Technology, while delivering hands-on training and ensuring DPZ standards compliance.

The candidate will travel within the area, support training initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year General Management experience at Domino’s Pizza store, 2 years preferred.
• Experience as a multi-unit supervisor or Operations Trainer preferred.
• Role model operator with history of exceptional evaluation scores.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Proficient in leveraging technology and innovation in stores to drive operational performance.
• Ability to travel 75-85%, including overnight travel.
• Willingness to work 3-4 weekends per month.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operations assessments in all US stores to measure Product, Service, Image, Food Safety, Team Member Safety and Technology/Innovation.
• Provide hands-on training during assessments with a positive attitude.
• Evaluate store systems for DPZ standards and procedures compliance.
• Travel within assigned area to complete multiple store visits annually.
• Assist team to meet visit goals, potentially traveling outside assigned area.
• Facilitate educational programs on operations evaluation and improvement.
• Develop targeted training with franchises, trainers to improve operations.
• Educate marketplace on current standards and revised standards.
• Perform calibration visits with marketplace leaders.
• Share best practices.
• Participate in Domino’s Pizza Prep School and onboarding programs.
• Gather and provide specialized data upon request.
• Support testing and rollout of new innovations or product launches.
• Act as a resource for information to the marketplace.
• Maintain link to WRC, leaders, and Franchisees; timely communications.
• Plan store visits using data and technology; schedule travel cost-effectively.
• Utilize reports to ensure visits on schedule; participate in meetings.
