Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Field Support Specialist to join our Charleston team. You’ll be on the move, inspecting properties, deploying lockboxes, checking vacancies, and assisting with on-site tasks to ensure every home meets our standards for quality and safety.

Ideal candidates bring maintenance knowledge, residential property management experience, reliable transportation, and hospitality/customer service skills.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of maintenance functions such as basic plumbing, electric and carpentry.
• Residential property management experience.
• Reliable transportation for daily work duties.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties for assigned work orders following company policies and PURE HomeRiver standards.
• Travel to properties to conduct property evaluations, move-out checks, and vacancy verifications within deadlines.
• Document property conditions and identify needed repairs during field visits.
• Use computers and smartphone-based dispatching and email to coordinate tasks.
• Attend staff meetings and provide on-site support as needed.
