Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to ensure homes are secure and marketable for rent. The role includes walking vacant properties, conducting inspections, and re-keying as needed to prepare for resident move-in.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance, coordinating with vendors, posting notices, and documenting home status with photos for the team. A reliable driver’s license and comfort with technology are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of property management or maintenance/inspections experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with technology; Salesforce and Yardi knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Walks assigned homes to ensure move-in readiness and quality control.
• Performs inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Prepares homes for move-in; re-keys, signage removal, and key management.
• Posts notices and communicates status with photos to applicable team members.
• Supports administrative tasks in customer service.
