The position involves coordinating technicians, handling job details, and supporting billing and inventory processes to ensure timely service completion.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in office administration, coordination or dispatching.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and manage job details.
• Ensure COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and support billing/documents.
• Generate and review department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Support estimating with quotes when required.
• Assist field technicians with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Coordinate with warehouse for inventory/picking lists.
